Turn Around Time (TAT)

• Ready to Ship (RTS): 3-5 Business Days
• Customs: 4-6 Weeks

**Please note that the TAT is the time it takes us to create and process your order. Our TAT does not include the time it takes your order to ship to you.

Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns nor offer exchanges. However, if you do have an issue with your order, please contact us.

Custom Tumbler Orders

**Please note that not all requested techniques will be the same cost.**

Tumbler Care

• Do not soak. Soaking your tumbler can lead to the Epoxy Seal breaking  and ruining the artwork.
• Please DO NOT use Dishwasher or Microwave.
• Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Although we use high quality epoxy with 500* heat resistance and UV protection, long term exposure to UV rays can damage/fade your cup design. This can also cause premature yellowing of the epoxy.
• Avoid dropping or rough handling of products. The last thing you want is a ruined item.
